Analyzing Blackjack Betting Systems

Blackjack betting systems aim to improve winning frequency in a game session through betting concepts that go with betting strategies.

Betting systems enable us to see a play in the context of a winning formula that works in our favor. We need such an ally especially when we're seriously up against a formidable challenger—the house. The casino winning odds are known to be steadily controlling the games in general so that the casino ends up the gainer with a considerable overall win at the end of the day.

Blackjack offers more odds to the player more than any other casino game, but knowing about such odds are not enough. We can only grab them if we play very well, armed with useful play and betting tactics plus the betting system the strategies should fall into for a well coordinated play. There are basically three kinds of blackjack betting systems around, and we'll casually refer to them here.

The first is for fun and entertainment, elementary types that are more for proving we know a little trick about the game. The play and betting strategies are simple and the system used is almost natural to playing blackjack. All we have to remember is to up the bets when the going gets good and down the bets when the going gets tough. The usual goal here is just to play a good blackjack game, be relaxed and amused, win some and go buy a drink from that or some souvenir from the casino.

Then there are betting systems that get a bit more aggressive than the first type. The goal is to make sure that we have something substantial in our pockets when we leave the table. In this type we make calculated aggressive bets. We're not so daring and ambitious, but we make bet increases now and then when the coast is clear and make a traumatic retreat at the slightest sign of a loss. Here is where most (not all) progressive positive blackjack betting systems belong.

Finally, there are the very aggressive types, the ones designed to beat the house whenever possible but are nonetheless disciplined to make smart moves calculated to secure winnings. These are the progressive negative blackjack betting systems that seem to defy natural logic by going against usual betting concepts. They're too risky but they mean business. And they need a huge bankroll, too.

These three types go with a player's goal, viewpoint, and sometimes, personality. Choose a system that fits right.
